Grimsby Town Football Club are recruiting for the new position of HR Advisor.

This is an exciting time for the Club and this is a key role in helping us to drive the people agenda to be an employer of choice in the local area.  Reporting to the Grimsby Town Football Club CEO, the HR advisor will manage the day-to-day people agenda and employee lifecycle working across both GTFC and the Club’s charitable organisation, GTSET.

You will be the first port of call for anything people-related and work with the management team to introduce best people practices and a culture that lives and breathes our values.  It’s important that we recruit the right person for this role. Ideally, we would like the position to be full time, we are open to flexible and hybrid working, and would consider applicants who are looking at working the equivalent of 4 days a week.
