The Mariners are on the road tomorrow as Town travel to Cheltenham Town in Sky Bet League Two action.
If you’re heading to Whaddon Road to back the Mariners, here’s everything you need to know ahead of the trip.

The Mariners will be wearing our blue away kit for this fixture.
What’s the ticket information?
Town have received an allocation of 740 seated tickets for the trip to Cheltenham, and have sold approximately 650 ahead of matchday.

What stand are we in?
Town supporters will be housed in the Hazelwoods Stand.
The stand is covered, behind the goal and all-seater. The entrance is located between the Bowls Club and housing on Whaddon Road.
How do I get to the ground?
The postcode for the stadium is GL52 5NA.
Take Junction 10 off the M5, taking the A4019 towards Cheltenham.
At the large roundabout with McDonald’s, turn left. Go over the mini roundabout and then turn right onto Swindon Lane.
Head over the level crossing and the next roundabout, then turn right towards Gloucestershire University.
At the bottom, there is a roundabout where you should turn left. The ground is signposted from here.
When do turnstiles open?
Turnstiles open at 1:30pm.
Where is the best place to park?
There is no parking available at the ground on matchday.
Alternative parking options within 10-15 minutes of the stadium include:
- Parklands Community Centre – GL52 5PR
- Portland Street – GL52 2NX
- North Place – GL50 4JL
The ground is located in a residential area, but parking spaces can be limited after 2pm.
Is there any disabled parking?
Any available spaces are reserved for Blue Badge holders.

What is the nearest train station?
The nearest station is Cheltenham Spa, which is located on the other side of the town to the stadium.
It is approximately two miles away, with a walking time of around 40 minutes.
Recommended pubs for away fans
There are several pubs available for supporters looking for food and drink before the game:
- The Bank House (Wetherspoons) – GL50 3JL, town centre
- The Feathered Fish – GL52 2NW, between the town centre and ground
- Kemble Brewery Inn – GL53 3JF, around a 10-minute walk from the ground
All offer a range of food.
Please note: Fan Zone closed this Saturday
The usual Fan Zone bar outside the ground will be closed this Saturday due to a Bowls match taking place.
Supporters should therefore make alternative arrangements for food and drink before heading to the stadium.
Is there food available in the area?
As the ground is located in a residential area, there isn’t a huge amount of food available immediately around the stadium.
Where is the nearest cash machine?
The nearest cash machine is located at the BP station on Prestbury Road.
Charges may apply for withdrawals.
What food and drink is available on the concourse?
Standard football food will be available inside the ground.
Due to the layout and view of the pitch, alcohol is not available once inside the ground.
Both cash and card payments are accepted.
Is there a printed programme?
Cheltenham Town no longer produce a printed matchday programme.
What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?
Flags must have fire safety tags and must be placed in accordance with stewards’ instructions.
They must not impede advertising boards.
