Evan Khouri has joined Spennymoor Town on a one-month loan deal.

The young midfielder made his breakthrough during the 2020/21 season where he made eight appearances that year in all competitions.

The 21-year-old featured twice in the National League before appearing 22 times for the Mariners last term and claiming the Supporters’ Young Player of the Season.

After suffering an injury back in September, Khouri has only made five appearances for the Mariners this season, the last coming in the defeat to Barnsley in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy.

He now joins the National League North club to continue his development and get more game time while with the Moors.
