Town will be looking to extend the unbeaten run to five games following draws against Morecambe, AFC Wimbledon, Sutton, and victory last time out at home to Forest Green Rovers.

Head Coach David Artell has stated that there are fresh injury concerns heading into tonight’s game. Callum Ainley is back on the grass running but is a long way off a return yet meanwhile Justin Obikwu who scored his first goal in professional football at the weekend is likely to appear.

MK Dons
These two sides last met in late November when the Mariners drew 1-1 at Stadium MK in Artell’s first game in charge. It was Town who took the lead in the first half of this game when Rekeil Pyke scored past MacGillivray before a Jack Payne second half goal levelled up the scores.
MK Dons are currently managed by former Newcastle United defender Mike Williamson who joined the Dons last October from National League outfit Gateshead. Since his arrival he’s overseen well-oiled Milton Keynes side who sit 4th in Sky Bet League Two, just two points off the automatic promotion places.
The Buckinghamshire side come into this game on red hot form having won four out of their last six games in the league, drawing once against promotion rivals Wrexham and only losing once against fierce rivals AFC Wimbledon at Plough Lane.
Tonight’s visitors don’t travel as well as they host having picked up seven wins from a possible 18 away from home in comparison to their 12 wins from 19 at the Stadium MK. One of those away wins however coming recently against league leaders Mansfield Town.
Alex Gilbey and Max Dean share the top spot for most goals scored for MK Dons this season with both scoring ten each. Gilbey however taking the crown for most assists for the Dons as well having provided eight goals this campaign.
