1878 Partners Limited can confirm that it has converted existing shareholder loans into equity and issued new shares to existing and new investors.

Details of this has been filed with Companies House. There are still some legal formalities to be completed (including the adoption of the new Articles of Association of the club and the conversion of existing 1878 loans to equity) following which more details will be announced.
