Izzy joined the Mariners in the summer after having a few years out of club football. Before that, Izzy played for Leeds United. Her biggest strengths as a midfielder are pace and acceleration, meaning she can cover a lot of ground, break lines, create space and make incisive runs.

Izzy's career highlight is winning the National schools finals held at the Madejski and Pride Park, where she received her medal from former Lioness and Man City captain Steph Houghton.
