Grimsby Town Foundation can confirm that Ben Challen will be stepping down from his role as Manager of the Grimsby Town Women’s Team as his responsibilities at the Club’s Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) expand for the 2025/26 season.

Ben has played a key role in the development and progress of the Women’s First Team, and his dedication and professionalism have been central to its growth on and off the pitch. With the ETC continuing to grow and evolve, Ben’s focus will now shift fully to the exciting challenges ahead within the youth development pathway.

The managerial role for the Grimsby Town Women’s Team will be advertised in the coming days, with the Foundation committed to building on the strong platform Ben has helped establish.
