Back at Blundell Park for a 3pm kick-off, the Mariners return to Sky Bet League Two action tomorrow afternoon as we welcome Crewe Alexandra for another crucial fixture on home soil.
With just six games remaining in the league campaign, every point will prove vital as David Artell’s side continue their push towards the play-off places. Town head into the contest in strong form at home, having lost just once in their last 11 matches at Blundell Park, and will be aiming to build on that impressive run in front of the home crowd.
Supporters will once again have a huge role to play in driving the team forward, with a special Pontoon TIFO display planned ahead of kick-off to help generate a sea of black and white and set the tone for the afternoon.
Ahead of kick-off, Head Coach David Artell shared his thoughts in the pre-match press conference:
Opening Times
9am: Ticket Office & Club Shop opens
12pm: The Fan Zone and Lower Bar open to supporters
1:30pm: Turnstiles open
3pm: Kick Off
Ticket News
6,660 home tickets have been sold for this fixture, with seats around the ground still available but limited. You can purchase online or from the Ticket Office, which will be open until kick-off.
We’d like to remind fans to enter Blundell Park by the entrance stated on their ticket to avoid any delays.
Covered Corner Seats
Following confirmation that Crewe Alexandra supporters have purchased 365 tickets for the upcoming fixture at Blundell Park, the Covered Corner section will now be allocated to away supporters for this match.
As a result, home supporters who have already purchased tickets in the Covered Corner (Sections A & B) will be reallocated to the Osmond Stand behind the goal.
What This Means
- Home supporters previously seated in the Covered Corner (Sections A & B) will now sit in the Osmond Stand behind the goal.
- Seating will be unreserved within blocks C1, C2, D1, D2, E1 and E2.
- You do not need to change or reprint your ticket.
- Your existing ticket will still work at the turnstiles.
Stadium Entry
Supporters affected by this change should enter via:
- Turnstiles 9 and 10
- Imperial Avenue entrance
Stewards will also be on hand to assist supporters with directions on arrival.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this change, which helps ensure the best possible matchday experience for both home and away supporters.
Pontoon Tifo Display
Supporters in the Pontoon are being invited to play their part in a special pre-match display ahead of tomorrow’s huge Sky Bet League Two fixture against Crewe Alexandra at Blundell Park.
In partnership with the Mariners Trust, a full-stand TIFO display will take place in the Pontoon as the teams emerge from the tunnel, creating a sea of black and white to welcome the Mariners onto the pitch.
The display is designed to help build the atmosphere inside Blundell Park and demonstrate the strength of the Club’s famous home support as Town look to push towards the play-off places in the closing weeks of the season.
Supporters sitting in the Pontoon will find display materials placed on their seats before kick-off, and fans are encouraged to follow a few simple steps to help ensure the display has the biggest possible impact.
How To Take Part
- Arrive Early – Please aim to be in your seat at least 10 minutes before kick-off.
- Check Your Seat – Display materials will be placed on seats throughout the Pontoon. Please leave them in place until the signal.
- The Big Moment – When Seven Nation Army plays over the stadium PA and the teams emerge from the tunnel, raise your TIFO sheet high above your head and hold it there until the pre-match build-up concludes.
- Keep it Clean – After the display, please place the materials under your seat or dispose of them in the bins provided.
Blundell Park is known across the country for its passionate support, and Saturday’s display is another chance for Mariners fans to show exactly what the atmosphere in DN35 is all about.
