Away Day Guide | Bradford City

We make the journey to the University of Bradford Stadium tomorrow to take on Bradford City and anyone making the journey to support the lads can find all the key information in our Away Day Guide.

What kit are we in for this game?

We’re in black and white for this game.

What’s the ticket information?

Tickets for tomorrow’s match will be available at the stadium.

Supporters will be able to purchase from the stadium by scanning a QR code on the wall for the TL Dallas Stand with prices as follows, plus sale fees.

Adults – £25
Over 65s – £20

Youth (12-16 years old) – £10

How do I get to the ground?

The postcode for the ground is BD8 7DY. Exit the M62 at junction 26 for the M606 to Bradford. At the end of the road use the right-hand lane and take the Right Road East, signposted A6177 – City Centre.

From here the stadium is well signposted with the usual football image.

What stand are we in?

We have both the TL Dallas Stand behind the goal and blocks F and G of the Bradford Lift Stand.

When do turnstiles open?

Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off.  Please ensure that you look to enter the stadium via the correct turnstiles for the ticket that you have to avoid any delays.

Where is the best place to park?

There is a small car park on Midland Road, near the away end which charges a nominal fee. As this is on the main road that passes the stadium it will take a short while to leave after the game. Parts of both Midland Road and Queens Road are used for matchday parking but be aware of any restrictions.

Otherwise, it is street parking further away from the ground or in one of the car parks in the city centre which is about a 20-minute walk, uphill, to the stadium.

Is there parking for disabled supporters?

Midland Road is permitted for blue badge holders.

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

The stadium is served by two train stations and which one you use depends on your matchday requirements.

If you want a beer in the town centre beforehand then you want the Bradford Interchange from Leeds.  This is quite a walk, however taxis are available.

Alternatively, Bradford Forster Square from Leeds is only 10 minutes from the ground but takes you to the retail park rather than a pub.

Recommended pubs for away fans?

The Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane, has a beer garden and is close to the ground if you don’t fancy the trek into the town centre, where there are a number of other pubs.

Food available in the area?

Forster Square Retail Park has a McDonald’s and there are a number of fast food outlets near the Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane.

Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

The nearest cash machine is on Manningham Road services or the Canal Road service station. These may charge for cash withdrawals.

What food and drink is available on the concourse at the stadium?

The usual hot/cold food and drinks items will be available on the concourse of both stands.  We would like to remind supporters that the Bradford Lifts Stand will be serving alcohol but the TL Dallas stand is strictly alcohol-free.

The stadium is cashless so only contactless or card payments are accepted.

What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?

Flags will be allowed providing the club have enough space on seats.  Please speak to a nearby steward for advice.

Other points to note

The stadium is strictly no smoking, which includes the use of vapes and other similar products.  Anybody found to be smoking will be ejected immediately – the club has a zero-tolerance policy on this across the whole stadium.

We wish everyone making the trip to the University of Bradford Stadium a safe trip!
