Tickets can be purchased online here. Or they can be purchased on the gate. Please note that only 1 turnstile will accept cash, all others will accept card payments only.

What stand are we in?
No specific stand information has been provided by the home side.
As segregation is in place, fans should use gate 3 and 4.
When do turnstiles open?
Turnstiles will open at 12.30pm ahead of the 3pm kick-off.
Where is the best place to park?
Parking is available on Shaftsbury Avenue as well as an overflow car park at the nearby Barbour Store. There is also an industrial estate close by but be careful of road markings and parking on private business land.
Parking for disabled supporters?

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?
Bede Metro Station is the nearest station to the ground and is connected to both Newcastle and Sunderland train stations. Journey time from both to the metro station is around 30 minutes.
Recommended pubs for away fans?
The only available pub in the area, I’m told, is Tams Bar on Shaftsbury Avenue NE32 3RA – this is a 5/10 minute walk from the ground.
Alternatively there is the option of Newcastle or Sunderland, using the 30 minute metro link to arrive in South Shields.
Food available in the area?
Around the ground you have Mcdonalds and Burger King, or there’s a Tesco close by too.
Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?
The nearest free to use cash machine is located at Tesco, which is about a 5 minute walk from the stadium.
What food and drink is available on the concourse at the stadium?
You have the usual football food of burgers etc, food kiosks accept both card and cash. Bar areas are card payment only.
Is there a programme?
Both a digital and hard copy will be available on the day.
What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?
Large flags should have fire-retardant labels attached and not be placed over any advertising boards.
