We can now announce two more pre-season games, with a trip to National League, Boston United and the visit of Sky Bet League One, Peterborough United at the end of July.

David Artell’s men will make the short trip to the Jakemans Community Stadium to face the Pilgrims, who had a strong end to their domestic campaign, with a dramatic turnaround at the end of the season seeing them maintain their National League status for another year. The match will kick off at 7:30pm on Wednesday 23rd July.

The Mariners will then play host to the 24/25 Vertu Trophy winners, Peterborough United at Blundell Park on Saturday 26th July, with kick off scheduled for 3pm.

The Posh had a mixed but successful campaign, finishing 18th in League One whilst securing back-to-back EFL Trophy victories, beating runaway league leaders Birmingham City in the process.
