Following the result of a midday pitch inspection, today’s Sky Bet League Two fixture away at Cambridge United has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

Despite the best efforts of the hosts and an initial belief that the affected areas could be made playable in time for kick-off, a pitch inspection confirmed that areas of concern remain, leading to the decision to call the game off.

We understand the frustrations of our supporters and wish everyone who has travelled to Cambridge a safe journey home.

Details regarding the rearranged date will be communicated in due course. Supporters are advised to retain their tickets, which will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture with refunds available from 10am tomorrow morning from the Ticket Office.
