The Grimsby Town Heritage Project are asking supporters to choose their all-time Mariners XI.

Whether your favourite players were Drinkell or Donovan, McKeown or McDermott, the project, led by Kristine Green, want supporters to select their best goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders and forwards ahead of a planned exhibition in April.

This is the Grimsby Town Heritage Project’s next initiative, following the launch of gtfcheritage.co.uk and giving every player to represent the Club legacy numbers.

On asking supporters for their all-time XI’s, Kristine Green said, “Discussing our all-time XI’s is a great intergenerational conversation starter, as grandparents get to educate grandchildren on players from years gone by.

We’re looking forward to receiving teams from supporters of all ages to use on the next part of the project ahead of the exhibition.”

To share your all-time Mariners XI, click here and submit via the online form. Alternatively, if you know of anybody that may struggle to submit theirs online, paper copies are available from the Club Shop and Ticket Office.
