Dagenham & Redbridge – Away Travel Guide

What’s the ticket information?
At the time of writing, tickets for away fans will only be available in advance and not on the day.

What stand are we in?
Fans are in the SD Samuels stand – which is an all seater/covered stand.

What time will turnstiles open?
Turnstiles open at 1.30pm.

How do I get to the ground?
Postcode RM10 7XL.

Use the M25 clockwise then use junction 27 to take the M11 towards London.  As it splits at the end of the road, follow the signs for A406 South and A13. There are speed cameras along this road and a 50mph speed limit.  After 5 miles take the slip road signposted A13 Dagenham, Tilbury and Southend. There are also speed cameras and a 40mph speed limit along this road. Under the underpass and over the flyover, when the leisure complex on your left, bear left onto the A1306 signposted Dagenham East. At the fifth set of lights with McDonalds ahead of you, turn left onto the A1112.  There is a speed camera with a 30mph on this road. At the Bull roundabout, bear left, past Dagenham East Tube Station. Victoria Road is fifth turning on the left.

Where is the best place to park?
There is no parking available at the ground.  There is street parking but some areas have enforcement notices so please be careful.

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?
The nearest tube station is Dagenham East (zone 5) which is on the District line. The ground is 400 metres/10 minutes from the station.

Recommended pubs for away fans?
There is a supporters club at the ground which, at the time of writing, is welcoming away fans. There is also the Pipe Major on Yewtree Avenue, which is on the way to the ground from Dagenham East Station.

Otherwise if you’re coming in via the tube you’d be best to drink elsewhere first and then make your way to the ground.

Food available in the area?
Rainham Road South and the area around Dagenham East Station has a number of food outlets for fans.

Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?
There is a cash machine that charges at the BP garage on Rainham Road South. This is a 5 minute walk from the ground.

Alternatively the Tesco Express on Shafter Road has a free cash machine – This is about 15 minutes from the ground or a couple of minutes from Dagenham East Station.
 
What food and drink is available at the stadium?
Burger, chips and other hot food items will be available, as well as hot and cold drinks.  Fans can use cash or card to pay.

Alcohol will be served in the ground before the game and at half time.
 
Is a programme available?
A printed programme is available around the ground for £3.00.

What is the flag/drum policy?
Flags should be no more than 150cm in width. Stewards will check flags before fans enter the stadium.  They must not obscure advertising boards or be placed pitch side.

No drums are allowed within the seating area of the stadium.
