Andy Cook returned to Blundell Park on loan from Bradford City for the remainder of the 2025/26 season, bringing with him vast experience and a proven goalscoring pedigree.

A familiar face to Mariners supporters, Cook previously represented Town during the 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons, scoring 22 goals in all competitions and finding the net in the FA Trophy Final at Wembley.

Since departing Grimsby, the forward has gone on to establish himself as a key figure at Bradford City, where he has become one of the club’s all-time leading goalscorers, while also enjoying productive spells with Barrow, Tranmere Rovers and others across the Football League and non-league.

With over 680 senior appearances and more than 250 career goals to his name, Cook now returns to the Mariners looking to add experience, leadership and firepower as Town push on this season.
