The way in which our season ticket holders can watch home Sky Bet League Two fixtures on iFollow Mariners is changing.

The EFL and iFollow will be provided with a database of our season ticket holders e-mail addresses by the end of this week to ingest into their databases.

Season ticket holders will then simply be able to log into iFollow Mariners on a home league matchday and they will have access to the iFollow Mariners stream in question. Under this new system, we will no longer be providing codes to gain access to fixtures.

With that in mind, we kindly ask our season ticket holders to ensure that the e-mail address that they used on their season ticket purchase application is the same that is used to gain access to iFollow, as an active iFollow account is required for this process to be successful.

In addition, each individual season ticket holder will be required to provide their e-mail address to gain access to their eligible iFollow account. For example, if an individual purchased 3 season tickets and would like all 3 holders to have access to the streams, we will require all 3 of those e-mail addresses. Again, this e-mail address must already be registered to an active iFollow account.

We have made every effort over the last three weeks to contact those season ticket holders in which we do not hold an e-mail address.

Those supporters who are unsure on the e-mail address the club holds for you, we kindly ask that you e-mail your name, address and allocated seat for the 2020/21 season to ifollow@gtfc.co.uk at your earliest opportunity. Please note that the deadline for ensuring e-mail addresses set by the EFL is Monday 16th November with no extensions given. We will be able to update any e-mail addresses we hold for those who require an amendment.

As this will become the only way in which season ticket holders will be able to access the live streams, it is extremely important that this is completed at your earliest opportunity.
