You will pass the large British Aerospace works and, further on, the Inn on the Green and the Gloucester pubs on your left. After passing The Wellington pub on your right, continue along the A38 Gloucester Road and turn left into Filton Avenue. The entrance to the Club car park is the second right down this road.

Parking

There is a small car park at the Memorial Stadium, but it is not available to the general public on matchday, so supporters are advised not to head there.

There is a fair amount of free street parking available within walking distance of the stadium, particularly around the sides and back of The Wellington pub. Please check local restrictions before parking.

By Train

The nearest station is Ashley Down, which opened in late 2024 and is just under a mile from the stadium. It is served by trains from Bristol Temple Meads.

If arriving at Bristol Parkway, you will need to change at Filton Abbey Wood. Alternatively, the stadium is around three miles from Bristol Parkway, with taxis costing approximately £12 or the number 73 bus available.

Walking Directions From Ashley Down

  • Turn right onto Concorde Way

  • Take a left onto Muller Road

  • After around 300m, bear left onto Springfield Avenue

  • Walk to Downend Road and turn right

  • Take a left onto Strathmore Road

  • Turn right onto Gloucester Road

  • Finally, turn right onto Filton Avenue, where the stadium will be in front of you

Mariners Respects

We’re proud of the outstanding support Grimsby Town receives both home and away. We want everyone attending to enjoy the match in a welcoming environment.

Abusive or indecent language, as well as any discriminatory or threatening behaviour – including racist, homophobic, sexist, sectarian, xenophobic or anti-disability chanting or actions – has no place at our games.

The Club may issue bans, including indefinite bans, to anyone found to have engaged in discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

We look forward to seeing the Mariners backed loudly and proudly in Bristol.

Safe travels to all supporters making the journey.
