Welcome back to Blundell Park as we prepare to welcome Crawley Town for another Sky Bet League Two fixture at the home of the Mariners.

Ahead of kick-off, David Artell shared his thoughts on  Saturday’s challenge:

Opening Times

Fan Zone Update

We can confirm that the Fan Zone will not be open ahead of tomorrow’s fixture against Crawley Town.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank supporters for their understanding. We are working hard on a solution that will allow the Fan Zone to reopen as soon as possible, with further details to follow.

There are still a number of refreshment options available around Blundell Park, with food vendors located around the ground. The Lower Bar will open from 12pm, while the bars inside the stadium will open from 1:30pm.

Ticket News

7,300+ tickets have now been sold for this fixture, with seats still available around Blundell Park. Supporters can purchase online or from the Ticket Office, which will be open until kick-off.

We’d like to remind fans to enter Blundell Park via the entrance stated on their ticket to help avoid any delays on arrival. We ask that home supporters in the Osmond Stand enter via turnstiles nine and ten.

Our Returning Legend – Dave Worthington

We’re delighted to welcome Mariners legend Dave Worthington back to Blundell Park for an exclusive Q&A in McMenemy’s hospitality.

Dave made 293 league appearances for Grimsby Town during his playing career before going on to enjoy a remarkable 20-year career as a Premier League scout, working with clubs including Bolton Wanderers, Chelsea and Everton.

Guests will have the opportunity to hear Dave reflect on his time as a mariner, his journey into Premier League scouting and the fascinating stories from behind the scenes of the game, from discovering rising stars to working alongside some of football’s biggest names.

Sam Simmonds in McMenemy’s

Sam Simmons will be performing live in McMenemy’s after the game this Saturday from 5pm–6pm.
All supporters are welcome to enjoy the live music. Entry is via the McMenemy’s Executive Door Entrance. Please note that you will not be able to enter via the Upper Ramsdens Stand.

Supporting the Stroke Association at Blundell Park

This Saturday’s fixture dedicated to the Stroke Association .

There will be a number of activities taking place around Blundell Park on Saturday, giving supporters the opportunity to learn more about the Stroke Association and contribute to its work.

Donation points will be located around the ground, with supporters also able to donate via a QR code included in Saturday’s matchday programme.

An awareness stand will be located in the Pontoon/Lower Corner area, where supporters can find out more about the charity and pick up promotional giveaways.

A dedicated Stroke Association banner will also be displayed in the Technical Absorbents Stand, while information about the charity will feature on the Club’s internal TV screens and within the matchday programme.

Match Sponsors

The Match Sponsor for tomorrows’ fixture is Ramsdens Home Interiors.

Mighty Mariner

Mighty Mariner will be around the ground from 2pm and will be available for photos with supporters.

Half Time Half Way Challenge 

Five supporters will have the chance to head onto the pitch at half-time and take part in our Half-Way Line Challenge.

Take your kick and see how close you can get to the target. The supporter whose kick finishes closest to the halfway line will win a prize!

Fancy taking part? Supporters can register their interest at the PA Box before kick-off. Places are limited to five participants and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

We’re looking for participants who are aged 14 or over.

By Car

Follow signs for Grimsby via the M180, continuing as it becomes the A180. Blundell Park is located adjacent to the McDonald’s Drive-Thru on Grimsby Road.

Supporter and team coaches should turn off Grimsby Road onto Tiverton Street and will be parked along Harrington Street.

By Train

The nearest station is Cleethorpes, approximately a 20-minute walk. Upon exiting, turn right and follow the High Street until reaching Blundell Park on your right.

By Bus

Stagecoach services stop directly outside Blundell Park. Matchday services include route 3.

Parking

Parking near the stadium is extremely limited. Supporters are encouraged to arrive early and use street parking where available, noting that some surrounding areas operate matchday restrictions.
