Alex joins the club as a scholar from Durham in the north east.

A left-footed centre-back who is technically solid with good athleticism, Alex was part of the strong Durham County team who played Grimsby Town u16s where he was first seen.

Alex has settled in very well to the programme as he makes the transition to full- time academy football.
