Following this afternoon’s precautionary pitch inspection, we are pleased to confirm that tonight’s fixture at Blundell Park is set to go ahead as planned.

The playing surface has been thoroughly assessed and while some further cosmetic work is to be undertaken in the next few hours, it meets the required standards.

We would like to thank the grounds team for their work during a challenging period of adverse weather, helping to ensure football can take place at Blundell Park this evening.
