Promotion Final Tickets FAQs

We are now less than 48 hours away from almost 13,000 Mariners descending on the capital for the Vanarama Promotion Final against Solihull Moors.

With the Ticket Office now closed until next week, we wanted to provide you with the answers to some frequently asked questions in relation to tickets for Sunday’s game.

When will I receive my tickets?

Ticket dispatch is in progress. If you haven’t received your tickets 24 hours before the match please contact ticketing@london-stadium.com. To check your order, purchases can be found in the account history of your London Stadium ticketing account.

Should I print my tickets?

We highly recommend that fans print their tickets before travelling to allow for a smoother entry experience.

Can I show digital tickets on my phone?

The London Stadium advises printing at home for speed of entry. Tickets can be displayed on phones, but this can cause issues on some devices. If you have no option to print your tickets, please remember to:

  • Charge your phone fully before you set off to the Stadium
  • Make sure to have the PDF attachment with your tickets open and ready before you enter the turnstiles
  • Remember to increase the brightness of your screen so your code will scan easily

It is a requirement under the Ground Regulations to show your ticket to Stadium staff if requested, including any digital tickets. Non-compliance could result in refusal of entry or ejection, so please do ensure you can access your ticket at all times.

Who should I contact about ticket issues?

The Ticket Office at Blundell Park is now closed until next week. Please contact ticketing@london-stadium.co.uk if you have not received your tickets 24 hours before the match.

Can I collect my tickets?

All tickets for the Final will be issued digitally to the email address associated with the booking.

What if my ticket does not scan on the day of the event?

In the event that your ticket does not scan at the turnstile, you will be referred to the Ticket Office for physical tickets to be issued.

Where is the Ticket Office located?

The Ticket Office is located on the South East of the Stadium Island, between entrances E and F.

I have purchased tickets but can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

You are unable to exchange, transfer or refund tickets once purchased. This is stated in the London Stadium’s ticketing terms and conditions which were agreed at the point of purchase.

Under 16s/Concessions

If you have purchased an Under 16s ticket, please be aware that you may be asked to prove your age upon entry to the stadium. For that reason, photo ID is advised.

Safe travels and see you all in London on Sunday!

UTM.
