Lancashire official Michael Salisbury will take charge of the League Two clash against Luton Town at Blundell Park on Saturday afternoon.

The referee is interestingly following in the footsteps of his father Graham, who still officiates at this level himself and was in charge of the recent Newport fixture at Blundell Park.

Mr Salisbury junior is no stranger to the Mariners and refereed the Town v Crewe fixture last season, as well as games in the National League.

He has taken charge of 26 games this season and has issued 56 yellow cards and 2 red cards.

He will be assisted by Oliver Bickle and David Benton. The Fourth Official will be Paul Thompson.
