We are aware of issues that a number of our supporters experienced whilst attempting to listen to Saturday’s fixture through our official website.
Supporters were unable to access the live broadcast following a connection error that was unable to be rectified between BBC Radio Humberside and IMG, the broadcasting organisation responsible for the broadcasting of our streams via our website.
With no contractual agreements between the National League & national broadcasters, supporters will be able to access audio commentary of our fixtures free of charge through the BBC and BBC Sounds App. Following this, we have made the decision to withdraw the Mariners Player service and encourage our supporters to take advantage of these facilities.
We are currently awaiting confirmation from the EFL regarding the process of our supporters receiving refunds for the services they have paid for and we will endeavour to publish details as soon as they have been received.
We have also received questions relating to the video streaming of our fixtures. Unfortunately, due to the broadcasting agreement between the National League and BT Sport, live video streaming of National League fixtures at any time is unavailable for the 2021/22 season.
We wholeheartedly apologise for the inconvenience experienced by those who attempted to listen to the fixture without success.
