Statement regarding disabled and unemployed match tickets

We would like to clarify our policy regarding disabled and unemployed match tickets after recent discussions on social media.

In line with other EFL clubs, disabled supporters should purchase from the relevant ticket category according to their age or situation while carers get a complimentary match ticket to accompany them.

Proof of High Rate DLA/PIP is required at the time of obtaining a free carer ticket and this can be done from the Ticket Office at Blundell Park. Please be aware that the Main and Osmond Stands as well as McMenemy’s are the only areas inside Blundell Park that have wheelchair access and disabled washroom facilities.

Carers must be sat with the disabled supporter that a free ticket has been issued for.

Regarding unemployed tickets, we have seen comments that we offer a special rate for an Unemployed Season Ticket. We can confirm that this isn’t the case but we do offer an unemployed rate for match tickets in the Pontoon Stand, as well at the home areas of the Osmond Stand.

Should you have any further questions regarding any of the above information, please don’t hesitate to contact our Ticket Office on 01472 605050.
