How do I get to the ground?

Postcode for the ground is YO32 9AE. It is advised to follow the guidance in the ‘Where’s best place to park’ section rather than drive to the stadium.

What stand are we in?

We’re located in the ‘West Stand’ which is along the side of the pitch.

Where is the best place to park?

There’s plenty of parking in the city centre, where you can catch a shuttle bus to the ground or you can use the park and ride.

The Y22 shuttle bus between Stonebow and the LNER Community Stadium is available. If you’re looking to use this, you need to purchase from the First Bus app – Adults £3.50 return and child/concession £2 return.

There is a dedicated area with the Monks Cross park and ride for 400 cars. Tickets must be purchased in advance from here. The service runs every 12 minutes before and after the game.

Parking for disabled supporters?

Any supporters required disabled parking need to call the home ticket office on 01904 950950.

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

York station is around 3 miles away from the stadium so a taxi or bus to the ground is likely needed!

Recommended pubs for away fans?

No designated pubs so take your pick! The most popular are:

Postern Gate (Wetherspoons) – YO1 9NX

The Punch Bowl (Wetherspoons) – YO1 8AN

Yates – YO1 9QT

Slug and Lettuce – YO1 8AD

There are no ‘traditional’ pubs near the ground. The only places in the area are Hollywood Bowl and Vallado Lounge, which serves food.

Food available in the area?

There is a range of places to eat within the city centre itself. But near to the ground you have chain outlets such as Nandos, Prezzo, Estabulo and Costa Coffee.

Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

There’s a cash machine at Sainsburys across from the retail park.

What food and drink is available on the concourse at the stadium?

The usual burgers, pies and hot dogs are available along with hot/cold drinks and alcohol.

What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?

Flags are allowed but must be placed following stewards instructions.

What kit are we in for this game?

We will be wearing our home kit of black and white striped shirts, black shorts and white socks.
