Several initiatives are running for this Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two match against Colchester United at 12:30pm.

‘Bring a Buddy’ Promotion: Only £5!

The ‘Bring a Buddy’ promotion applies to Season Ticket holders and 1878 members and it allows them to bring someone with them to the dedicated fixture for just £5. It’s a great way to share the experience and get someone new along to support the Mariners.

The voucher is included on the discount sheets that Season Ticket holders and 1878 Club members received at the beginning of the current campaign.

These vouchers are physical so must be presented at the Blundell Park Ticket Office at the time of purchasing or collecting tickets. They cannot be redeemed online.

Should you be unable to sit with your ‘buddy’ in your current seat due to other Season Ticket holders being around you, you can be relocated to the Osmond Stand for the game.

Seat Swap Initiative!

Another promotion we will be running for the Colchester United match is the ‘Seat Swap’ initiative, as we did previously for MK Dons. Supporters will be able to change their usual season ticket seat for one behind the goal in the Osmond Stand for this specific fixture to see if grouping fans together, like at away fixtures, can help to create a better atmosphere at home games.

How to Swap Your Seat:

• Log into your “My Account” area online and navigate to your tickets for the Colchester United.
• Select the seat in the Osmond Stand you’d like to swap to.
• Confirm your age category and select your preferred delivery method.

Once completed, your seat will have been swapped for the fixture and you can gain access on match-day with either a physical, mobile or e-ticket by using Turnstiles 9 + 10 at the top of Constitutional Avenue, between the Lower Stand and the Fan Zone.

Release Your Seat – Prize Draw This Saturday!

If supporters are unable to attend this Saturday’s 12:30pm fixture for any reason, we strongly encourage they release their seats and allow a fellow Mariner to take their place.

How to Release Your Seat:

It’s simple! All you need to do is follow these steps:

• Log in to your “My Account” area on our website.
• Go to “My Current Tickets”.
• Scroll down to the specific match you cannot attend.
• Click “I cannot Attend a Match – Release My Seat”.

The Ticket Office team will then be notified, and you’ll be entered into the monthly prize draw. If you can’t make a match, please continue using this feature to help ensure BP remains packed throughout the season.

Additionally, we’ll be announcing the lucky winner of our Release Your Seat Campaign this Saturday during our home game against Colchester United. The winner will receive four complimentary ticket vouchers for a game of their choice over the festive period (December to January).
