The Mariners will visit Boston United on Tuesday 16th July during pre-season.
The Pilgrims won the National League North play-offs last season after finishing sixth in the league, beating Alfreton Town in the final.
The fixture is the fifth of pre-season to be confirmed after Grimsby Borough, Cleethorpes Town, York City and Alfreton Town and will kick-off at 7:30pm at the Jakemans Community Stadium.
Ticket details for the game will be announced at a later date.
