The Railway Vue will welcome Town supporters and make a small donation of the takings to the Mariners Trust.

Comedian Rory McGrath hails from these there parts and can often be spotted cycling round town, Lord Jeffrey Archer, Terry Waite, Sid ‘Ricky’ Butcher Owen, Original 1960’s Pink Floyd frontman Syd Barrett, Ian ’Don’t tell him Pike’ Lavender and the late Professor Stephen Hawking also come from the area.

How to get there:

Take the A1 and A14 to Cambridge, heading towards Newmarket. Turn off onto the B1047 sign posted for Cambridge Airport. At the top of the slip road turn right towards Fen Ditton. Go through Fen Ditton until you reach a T Junction, where at the traffic lights you turn right into Newmarket Road. Go straight across the roundabout (there is a McDonalds on one corner) and you will come to Abbey Stadium on your left hand side.

There is no parking available for away fans at the ground. There is some parking to be had on the streets surrounding the stadium.

By Train.

Park & Ride

The service will allow fans to park their vehicles at Newmarket Road Park and Ride for just £1 and use the bus service, with a return fare priced at £2.50. The service stop is at the match-day-only stop located outside the Abbey stadium.

Meanwhile, the return journey will collect passengers from the layby on the opposite side of the road. A bus will be waiting to board supporters at the final whistle, and will time its arrival in line with the end of the match.
