GTFC SLO: Are there any known traffic issues en route to the stadium? I.e any road closures or roadworks?

Forest Green Rovers: There a no known traffic issues at the moment but as we are on top of a hill and at the bottom of a lane, traffic can be slow in Nailsworth getting up to the ground. Please allow plenty of time and check social media on the day or tune into Radio Gloucestershire for any updates.

GTFC SLO: Is car parking available for Town fans? If so, please provide details (where, how much etc). If no, information on the nearest location would be appreciated.

Forest Green Rovers: There’s no parking at the stadium, and given our green ethos, we do encourage all supporters to travel on the official coaches or car share.

We operate a local Park and Ride service from Renishaw on Stroud Road (postcode: GL5 5HA), which is the most convenient way to get to and from the stadium. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and costs just £3.00 per car (card only). Buses will take you up to the stadium and return you from the same spot after the match.

Parking is available at the neighbouring school, within easy walking distance (90m) from the stadium, at £5 per vehicle (card only) but spaces are limited and it is a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you choose to park in the local residential area, please park with consideration for our neighbours and adhere to local parking enforcement.  Please be aware that Parking Enforcement Officers patrol the area on a matchday.

If you are driving, please try to car share where possible or use public transport. Make sure to allow plenty of time, as the last part of your journey is through a small village, which can become quite congested on a Matchday.

GTFC SLO: What is the process for blue badge holders?

Forest Green Rovers: Away supporters can pre-book by calling 0333 123 1889. There is no cost for this and if there are no spaces left, we recommend parking at a neighbouring primary school. There is a small cost for parking at the school.

GTFC SLO: Please give details of pre-match venue for Town fans (on-site bar, away fan friendly pubs etc).

Forest Green Rovers: There is an away bar located along the back of the North Stand, at the front of the stadium as you arrive. This is typically open three hours before kick-off, serving hot drinks, beers and ciders and a selection of snacks.

GTFC SLO: Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

Forest Green Rovers: Nailsworth, Tesco Express.

GTFC SLO: What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

Forest Green Rovers: If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is in Stroud. Buses to Forest Green Rovers run approximately every 30 minutes from Stroud/Gloucester (number 63).

GTFC SLO: What food and drink is available in the concourse at the stadium?

Forest Green Rovers: Away supporters will have exclusive use of our away bar: a marquee located at the front of the ground. The bar opens three hours before kick-off and will serve a range of lager, cider, wine and soft drinks until kick-off. There’ll also be a selection of bar snacks available from the bar on the day.

Inside the ground, you’ll be able to purchase hot food, cold drinks, hot drinks and snacks from the West Terrace catering outlet, once the turnstiles open.

GTFC SLO: Is our drum allowed in the stadium? What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?

Forest Green Rovers: Drum yes, flags will be checked for fire resistance and may be confiscated.

GTFC SLO: What is the process for tickets on the day of the game? Can supporters pay on the turnstile or do they need to go to a Ticket Office first before going to the turnstile?

Forest Green Rovers: No cash is accepted at the turnstiles – tickets must be purchased from the Ticket Office first, which is open from 12 on the day of the game.

GTFC SLO: What are the accepted payment methods on the day?

Forest Green Rovers: Cash or card payments are accepted at the Ticket Office. There will also be a £1 printing charge if bought on the day of the game.

Forest Green Rovers: If you’re travelling to the game, please be aware that there are small cut-through lanes up to the ground: please do not to follow these lanes as they can become heavily congested; just use the main A419/A46 to reach Nailsworth Town and then head up Nympsfield Road to the stadium.
