Two Town Mascots for Sunday!

We will be represented by two Mariners mascots on Sunday afternoon at Brighton & Hove Albion’s Amex Stadium.

Eight-year-old Ronnie Gladwell is the first of those and his family connection makes this a special day for him and the Club. Ronnie is the great great grandson of former Town captain Alec ‘Ginger’ Hall who captained the Mariners in our last Quarter-Final in the FA Cup back in 1939.

A tweet saw the interest snowball with media interest and Ronnie will follow in his family footsteps when he takes to the field in a Town shirt!

Our second mascot is eight-year-old Harry Poole who won the Mariners Trust’s competition to be one of our mascots on the day. He has been coming to games throughout this season after getting his first season ticket last summer. His favourite player is Harry Clifton and reckons we will win 2-1!

We hope both of our mascots have a brilliant day – keep your eyes out for them both at the break as they will both be taking part in Brighton’s half-time challenge.
