Vacancy: Matchday Hostess – McMenemy’s Suite

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our matchday hospitality team as a Matchday Hostess in McMenemy’s Suite.

About The Role

As Matchday Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests in McMenemy’s, ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of matchday hospitality by waiting on tables, serving food and drinks, and maintaining high service standards throughout the day.

Key Details:

  • Job Title: Matchday Hostess – McMenemy’s Suite

  • Line Manager: Duty Manager

  • Contract: Casual

  • Salary: £12.21 per hour

  • Holiday Entitlement: 28 days (including Public and Bank Holidays), pro rata

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet McMenemy’s guests on arrival

  • Host hospitality tables and support box holders

  • Take accurate food and drink orders and serve promptly

  • Clear tables, maintain cleanliness and restock service areas

  • Support bar operations and process payments

  • Check ID where required for alcohol service

  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable matchday experience

About You:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous hospitality, bar or waiting experience (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • A positive, polished and professional approach

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure

  • A flexible approach, with availability to work evenings, weekends and matchdays

  • A strong team ethic
