Demi joined Grimsby Town Women in 2025 from Barnsley Women, having previously played in the FA Women’s National League. She began her career with Hykeham Town Ladies before moving to Boston United, where she helped secure a league title.

A spell with Lincoln United followed, where she worked with current Head Coach Ben Thomas and lifted both the league and County Cup.
