Carrick is a technically sound defender but equally as comfortable playing in midfield.

Charlie is another player who joined the club at under 9s and has progressed all the way through the system. A resident of Welton near Lincoln, Charlie was a pupil at William Farr School prior to joining the academy as a scholar.
