Grimsby Town midfielder Harry Clifton has been called up by Wales U21 for their UEFA Euro 2021 qualifiers with Belgium and Germany.
The Town youth academy graduate made his international debut for Wales U21 against Albania in June.
And the midfielder has now been called up to their 20-man squad for their Euro U21 qualifiers against Belgium (Friday, September 6 at 5pm) and Germany (Tuesday, September 10 at 7pm) – both at Wrexham’s Racecourse Ground.
He will be away from Blundell Park, with Wales U21, from Sunday, September 1 to Tuesday, September 10.
Clifton has made 59 appearances for the Mariners, scoring three goals, and has played in three Sky Bet League Two games for Michael Jolley’s side in 2019-20.
We would like to wish him all the best for his two upcoming Euro U21 qualifiers.
