Ahead of tomorrow’s match against Mansfield Town and the anticipation of a bumper crowd at Blundell Park, we would like to share the below with our supporters.
With over 7,600 tickets already sold for the fixture and the Ticket Office expecting another busy matchday, we would like to ask supporters to purchase tickets in advance online where possible. To limit queueing at the turnstiles as much as possible, we are also requesting that supporters arrive in good time ahead of kick-off.
Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend the match should also consider using our improved Release Your Seat feature where you can be entered into a monthly prize draw, the first of which will be at half-time during tomorrow’s match where one Season Ticket holder who has released their seat for a league fixture this month will win £100 in Club Shop vouchers. Mansfield Town have already sold their full allocation of tickets and there will be no further availability for supporters of the away team available either today or ahead of kick-off tomorrow.
We are also requesting supporters to follow the below request regarding leaving Blundell Park.
Like with a number of fixtures last season as well as in pre-season, fans in the Main and Pontoon stands will be asked to exit via the Pontoon Stand exits on Imperial Corner rather than the exit onto Harrington Street. This will mean that those in the Main Stand will make their way to the gate via the rear of the Pontoon Stand.
Exceptions will be made for the disabled and elderly who will be assisted by the gate supervisor, who will be supported by the police.
This weekend’s match is also the final one where Season Ticket holders can pick up a free issue of our award-winning programme The Mariner by using the coupon from their voucher sheet. Simply redeem this with any programme seller around the ground or in the Club Shop!
