The Mariners can confirm that Barnsley goalkeeper, Jackson Smith has signed a further 7-day emergency loan deal.

Smith has played on three occasions since rejoining Town, keeping two clean sheets in our games against Oldham Athletic and Monday night’s victory against Shrewsbury Town.

The 24-year-old is now eligible for today’s game against Fleetwood Town and Sunday’s trip to Cambridge United.
