We’re delighted to officially welcome the newest members of our Academy, as next season’s Under-8s join the Mariners family.

To mark this special milestone, the young players and their families were welcomed to Blundell Park, celebrating the start of their journey in black and white.

The group have worked incredibly hard throughout the recruitment process this season, showing great dedication, enthusiasm and potential to earn their place at the Club. Their commitment has now been rewarded as they take the next step in their development within the Academy pathway.

Along the way, the players have already enjoyed some fantastic experiences, including fixtures against leading academies such as Liverpool and Manchester United. Opportunities like these have provided valuable learning moments and memories that will support their continued growth both on and off the pitch.

Supporters who attended Blundell Park for the Harrogate fixture had the chance to welcome the young Mariners, with the group recognised on the pitch and stadium scoreboard at half-time, marking the beginning of their journey with the Club.
