Grimsby Town Football Club is honoured to welcome His Majesty The King to Blundell Park on Thursday as part of a visit to Grimsby that will shine a light on the positive work taking place across our town.

As part of the visit, His Majesty will meet local leaders, young people, community organisations and residents who are playing an important role in shaping Grimsby’s future. The visit will provide an opportunity to showcase the collaboration, ambition and community spirit that continues to make a difference across the town.

Blundell Park will host a gathering led by Our Future, bringing together partners from across Grimsby to discuss opportunities for the town and celebrate the progress being made through collective action. Grimsby Town Football Club has proudly supported the Our Future movement for a number of years. Together with Grimsby Town Foundation, we remain committed to backing positive change across the town.

The Club is pleased to be working alongside Our Future and local partners to help share the story of the visit, including the work of CARE, Horizon Youth Zone and others who will help shine a light on the positive change taking place across Grimsby.

His Majesty’s visit is a proud moment for Grimsby and recognition of the commitment shown by local people, organisations and partners working to make a lasting difference.
