AWAY DAY GUIDE | Forest Green

Ahead of Saturday’s trip to take on Forest Green, supporters making the journey can find the key information in our Away Day Guide…

What colour kit are we wearing?

We’ll be wearing our third kit for this weekend’s match.

What’s the ticket information?

The only tickets remaining are for an uncovered terrace – any tickets purchased on the day should be done so by card only.

What stand are Town fans in?

Town fans are mainly located in the West Stand which is uncovered terraced seating. The small number of seats and covered terrace is located towards the EESI South Stand.

How do I get to the ground?

The Postcode is GL6 0FG – it is not advised to head too close to the ground as traffic becomes very heavy and there are road closures for the park and ride.

Where is the best place to park?

There is no supporter parking at the stadium and street parking is very limited.

Information for disabled fans travelling?

There is limited disabled parking at the ground – please contact Forest Green Rovers directly for information.

When do turnstiles open?

Turnstiles open at 1.30pm

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

The nearest train station is in Stroud or Gloucester – You can catch the number 63 bus that runs every 30 minutes or grab a taxi.

A Park and Ride service is available from the south entrance of Renishaw on Stroud Road (GL5 5HA). Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis but there are a number of spaces. It’s £3 per car and the bus drops and collects from right outside the ground, opening at 12.30pm.

Recommended pubs for away fans?

There is nothing in the vicinity of the ground but Nailsworth and Stroud, both further afield, have plenty of pubs and bars.

Food available in the area?

Again, there is nothing in the immediate vicinity of the area – Nailsworth is just over a mile away and has plenty of options. Please note that it is a walk uphill back to the stadium if you choose not to take a taxi.

Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

The nearest cash machine is located in Nailsworth.

What food and drink is available in the stadium?

Away fans have access to the TBNL away fanzone, located to the right of the ground entrance – there is a vegan food truck and a BrewDog bar.

Both this and inside the ground is cashless – only card and contactless payments are available.

What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?

Large flags must have safety certificates and placement should not obscure advertising boards.

Is a programme available?

Forest Green Rovers no longer produce a programme – either in print or digitally.
