Grimsby Town Football Club have parted company with Women’s Team Manager Hayley Cox.

Hayley had been in-charge of our women’s team since 2021 and guided the Mariners to the Division One North title in 2022-23.

However, Town suffered relegation and an instant return to Tier 6 last season, with victory in the Lincolnshire Marsh Sports County Plate proving to be the highlight from an otherwise difficult campaign.

Assistant manager Paul Shaw will also be leaving the club.

With the new season now fast-approaching, the search will now begin for a new Head Coach.

We’d like to place on record our thanks to both Hayley, and Paul for all of the hard work they’ve put in to help develop the women’s game at Grimsby Town FC and wish them well for the future.
