What colour kit are we wearing?

We’ll be in the pink kit for this game.

The initial allocation of 400 sent to us has been sold. Any further tickets can be purchased directly from Colchester United’s website: https://tickets.colchesterunited.net/Tickets/Home switch to away fans for the correct area.

What stand are Town fans in?

We’re located in North Stand – seating is covered and unallocated. Although this stand is behind the goal, blocks open to fans are to the left of the goal.

How do I get to the ground?

Postcode for the ground is CO4 5UP

The stadium is located alongside the A12 at Junction 28.

Where is the best place to park?

The ground itself has its own car park but this must be pre-booked with the club here at a cost of £7.00.

The immediate area around the JobServe Community Stadium is under a Parking Exclusion Zone on match days. This covers existing Clearways as well as nearby residential areas.  These are patrolled on match days so please watch out of signs.

Colchester Park and Ride on Cuckoo Farm Way off junction 28 of the A12 (CO4 5JA) is a 5 minute walk away and also has parking. Next to there is also Colchester Northern Gateway Sports Park (CO4 5YX) where you can also park.

Information for disabled fans travelling

Wheelchair based fans will have access to a viewing deck, with a lift to access this. Stewards will be on hand to assist where required.

Any further questions – Chris, Colchester United’s DLO, can be contacted via [email protected]

When do turnstiles open?

Turnstiles will open at 1.30pm.

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

The nearest train station is the Colchester North Station or you have Colchester Station. This is a good 40-minute walk away and I’m told that taxis can be hard to come by.

Recommended pubs for away fans?

The Dog & Pheasant on Nayland Road (CO4 5EG), which is about ¾ mile away from the stadium and also serves food. This is around a 10 minute walk away.

The Bricklayers Arms on Bergholt Road is directly opposite the Colchester North Station if you’re arriving by train (CO4 5AA).  This pub has real ale.

Alternatively, there are plenty of pubs in Colchester Town Centre.

There is a fanzone at the ground that Town fans are welcome to use. There’s a large screen showing the early KO and has food and drink available. This opens from 12.30pm and is cashless.

Food available in the area?

Hot Shots Café at the ground – this is cashless

There is a Mcdonalds on the opposite side of the dual carriageway, the Dog & Pheasant for pub grub or the town centre for numerous outlets.

Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

The BP Station across the A12 junction has a cash machine (may charge) as well as Natwest bank on the Colchester Business Park.

What food and drink is available on the concourse at the stadium?

The away end will be serving alcohol as well as the usual food and drink items.  The stadium is cashless so card/apple pay only payments

What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?

Flags are allowed as long as they have the fire-retardant labelling.

Is a programme available?

Yes a printed programme is available.
