Nor-Lait Promotions are delighted to announce the return of former Grimsby Town striker Danny Rose to Blundell Park this summer.
The fan favourite will be joined by fellow Mariners Charles Vernam and Kieran Green for a special event taking place on Saturday 27th June 2026, from 11am until 2pm.
Designed to be family-friendly, the event will feature player interactions, live Q&A sessions, quizzes, raffles and auctions, giving supporters of all ages the opportunity to spend time with three players who played a significant role in recent Grimsby Town history.
A Mariners Favourite Returns
Danny Rose enjoyed a memorable spell in black and white after joining the Club ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
The striker quickly became a key figure at Blundell Park, scoring 35 goals in 107 appearances across all competitions and earning the Club’s Player of the Year award after his first season.
Across three campaigns with the Mariners, Rose netted 29 league goals and became renowned for his work ethic, leadership and ability to deliver in crucial moments. His performances made him a firm favourite among the Town faithful before his departure to Barrow in January 2026.
Prior to his time at Grimsby, Rose represented clubs including Barnsley, Bury, Mansfield Town, Northampton Town and Stevenage, building an impressive Football League career spanning more than a decade.
