Our award-winning matchday programme, The Mariner returns this Saturday for the visit of Wealdstone to Blundell Park.
In this week’s edition, we sit down with Winter recruit, Tristan Abrahams following his loan move to the Mariners. We speak to the 23-year-old about his style of play, how he made his move to North East Lincolnshire and his footballing background.
Grimbarians return with their ‘One of their Own’, this week featuring Alex Green. Many of you will recognise the voice of Alex from the DN35 Podcast, the unofficial podcast of Grimsby Town which has been creating and providing material to their audience for the last six years.
Our regular Junior Mariners feature also returns with plenty of activities and features for our younger Mariners fans. We also see the return of our quickfire question and answer feature with Aston Villa loanee, Arjan Raikhy who is up against the clock. We also catch up with the Grimsby Town Sports & Education Trust Shadow Scholarship squad, who continue their fantastic form with a 4-2 victory at Scunthorpe United earlier this week. The Grimsby Town Sports & Education Trust also provide us with an update on the Grimsby Town Women’s team, who secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory at Sleaford last weekend.
Our Legends feature continues to provide this week, with Norwegian GTFC supporter, Jostein Jensen remembering David Nielsen, the Danish striker who spent three months at the Mariners.
