Grimsby Town midfielder Harry Clifton has been called up to the Wales U21 squad for their training camp at the end of the month.
Clifton will train with Rob Page’s side in South Wales between Tuesday, March 19 and Friday, March 22, 2019.
The 20-year-old Town youth academy graduate has been given the call, after scoring three goals in 33 games in all competitions for Michael Jolley’s side this season.
The midfielder has continued to progress and become an important part in the heart of the Mariners’ midfield, making 39 Sky Bet League Two appearances for Town since the start of 2018.
And Clifton will link-up with former Town striker Jack Lester, who is the assistant coach of the Wales U21s.
We would like to wish Harry the best of luck for his international call-up!
