Jamie Bramwell
The versatile defender started for Gainsborough Trinity in the Northern Premier League, playing ninety minutes, but couldn’t help the fifth-placed team from falling to a 2-0 away defeat to mid-table Stalybridge Celtic.
Harvey Tomlinson
Dynamic forward Tomlinson currently finds himself out on loan at Cleethorpes Town and started for the Club on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, he was unable to stop them falling to a 1-0 home defeat against Dunston UTS in a fifth-hosts-sixth match up in the Northern Premier League Division One East.
Aaron Braithwaite
The young central midfielder, with Whitby Town in the Northern Premier League at present, started on the bench when Nantwich Town visited over the weekend. He came on as a substitute with the match at 1-1 and helped his team secure the point.
Jaz Goundry
Currently with Matlock Town in the Northern Premier League, Goundry started on the bench for Saturday’s match against Matlock Town. He came on in the 87th minute before Matlock equalised in the 89th. His team, however, conceded in stoppage time and lost 2-1.
Young forward Edwin Essel was recalled from his spell at Grimsby Borough ahead of the Mariners’ away trip to Luton Town in the Emirates FA Cup. He was named on the bench against the Skybet Championship club but didn’t get onto the pitch.
