Andy Haines will oversee our Sky Bet League Two clash with Port Vale at the weekend.
The official, who has been involved in the professional game since 2007, is no stranger to Blundell Park and took charge of last season’s Exeter fixture.
Off the pitch, Haines is a project manager for EDF Energy and also interestingly once faced a 4,000-plus mile dash from a summer holiday in the Dominican Republic for his initial interview as an official back in 2005.
In 10 games this season he has brandished the Yellow Card 35 times and has showed the Red Card 3 times.
Mr Haines will be assisted by Matthew Jones and Wayne Grunnill. The Fourth Official will be Alix Pashley.
