Remainder of 2021 Fixtures Postponed

Following consultations with Public Health England and the National League, Grimsby Town Football Club can confirm that due to a continuation of COVID19 cases within the first-team squad, our fixtures vs. Halifax Town on 26th December and King’s Lynn Town on 28th December have now been postponed.

These are in addition to the recent postponement of this evening’s fixture vs. Boreham Wood due to a number of positive COVID19 cases within the First Team squad, despite our prevention measures and daily lateral flow testing.

New dates for both fixtures will be announced in due course once agreed between all parties.

Following discussions with Halifax Town, tickets for the original fixture will be carried over and remain valid for the rearranged date. Those supporters who are unable to attend the rearranged date can return their tickets to the Blundell Park ticket office for a full refund.

For our home game vs. King’s Lynn Town, tickets for the original fixture will remain valid for the new date once agreed. Supporters who wish to receive a refund can do so by returning their tickets to the Blundell Park ticket office prior to kick-off on the new date.

We would like to wish all those affected a full and speedy recovery.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and wish all our supporters a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
