We are excited to announce that a limited number of our new 2024-25 home shirts will be available in-store this weekend, just in time for Father’s Day!
The shirt is the first by our new technical kit suppliers Umbro and involving Luke Matthews, the Brand Director of size? who has worked closely with the Club on this season’s kits.
As supporters have already seen from the promo video which has received thousands of likes, comments and impressions across social media, the shirt takes its inspiration from past kits and has a distinctive retro 90s feel. It includes the return of red pin stripes, white sleeves and a heritage collar.
The shirts will be priced at £50 for adults, £42 for juniors and £45 for all replica mini-kits.
Due to an unexpected delay, we are yet to receive the shirt sizes for age 7 through to 11/12-year-olds and 5XLs and above. However, supporters won’t have to wait long to get their hands on one, with these sizes, along with a top-up of all adult sizes, expected next week. Keep an eye on our social channels for further updates. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the lack of full stock availability.
Regarding sizing, we are still advising supporters to size-up when purchasing a shirt, but here’s further information on the Umbro website.
If you are purchasing a mini-kit (which goes up to age 5-6), please note that they have an alternative crew-neck collar due to manufacturing restrictions and they don’t include socks.
In addition to the home shirt, shorts and socks, there will also be new Umbro training wear, matchday jerseys, quarter-zips and a retro diamond track top on sale in the Club Shop from Saturday morning.
IN-STORE LAUNCH & VOUCHERS
The Club Shop will be open between 10am and 3pm on Saturday and 10am to 2pm on Sunday for the in-store launch. The Club Shop has been refurbished over the last few weeks and we are excited for supporters to be able to see it for the first time from this weekend.
All 24-25 season ticket holders are eligible to receive £10 off a replica shirt on production of the voucher from their discount sheets. They can also receive 10% off all other items available in the Club Shop if they bring with them their 24-25 season ticket card.
ONLINE LAUNCH
The new home kit and additional Umbro pieces will be available online from next week.
We are expecting a top-up delivery of all adult sizes in the coming days, so even if sales manage to surpass anything we have sold before over a launch weekend, more shirts are on their way!
Season ticket holders who can’t make the in-store launch this weekend will be sent an email with a way of claiming their discount online next week – but only for a limited time.
We really can’t wait to open the doors to the Club Shop this weekend and see our supporters wearing their new black and white shirts!
