Grimsby Town FC and Grimsby Town Foundation are embarking on a new era for women’s football at the club. We want the women’s team to climb through the leagues, grow participation in younger age groups and raise the profile of players and teams in the community.

We’re looking for an excellent coach to lead the first team and who wants to help grow the women’s game at the club over time. This role will sit under the foundation with a line into the CEO and have close working relationships with technical staff in the men’s first team and academy.
