Making the Trip to South London on Saturday for our Sky Bet League Two meeting with Bromley?
Our Supporter Liaison Officer, Kristine Green, gives a run down of all the key information for supporters making the trip to the Hayes Lane Stadium.
What colour kit will the team be wearing?
We’ll be in our yellow away kit it for this game.
What’s the ticket information?
All tickets have completely sold out with no further tickets available.
Those with standing tickets should enter via Exit 2.
Anybody in the seating area should also enter via Exit 2 – they will then be escorted to their seats in the Glyn Beverly Stand.
What time will turnstiles open?
Turnstiles open at 1.30pm
How do I get to the ground?
Leave the M25 at Junction 4 and take the A21 towards Bromley and London. After five miles turn left at the traffic lights onto the A232 towards Croydon/Sutton. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Baston Road (B265). Continue straight on this road through Hayes. The road becomes Hayes Lane and after the mini roundabout, the entrance to the ground is down on the right.
Where is the best place to park?
Hayes Lane has a small car park that costs £2. This is on a first come, first served basis. Once full, it’s street parking.
Is there disabled parking available?
Disabled parking is now sold out – fans are advised to use the above or street parking, being mindful of any restrictions that blue badges won’t override.
What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?
Bromley South Railway Station, served by trains from London Victoria, is around a mile from the ground (15-20 minute walk) so factor this in if you’ll be elsewhere in London before travelling in for kick off.
Recommended pubs for away fans?
The Ravens Bar at the ground is home fans only.
The Bricklayers Arms in the closest pub to the ground welcoming both home and away fans. Located on Masons Hill, around a 15 minute walk away from the ground.
Slightly further up Masons Hill is The Crown of Bromley which will also be welcoming away fans.
If you’re coming into Bromley South there’s a Wetherspoons called the Richmal Crompton that will also welcome away fans.
Food available in the area?
There’s a Domino’s on Mason’s Hill and a Toby Carvery on Bromley Common as well as other takeaways along Bromley High Street.
Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?
The nearest cashpoint is at the Southern Co-Operative on Homesdale Road, about half a mile away.
What food and drink is available at the stadium?
The Exit 2 outlet will have alcohol and is covered, although space is at a premium. Exit 5 (closest for those transferred to the seating) will not have alcohol.
Usual football food will be available including burgers and pies. Both cash and card will be accepted at Exit 2 outlet (standing) and Exit 5 outlet (seating). Card payments are preferred to speed up service.
Is a programme available?
Programmes are available for £3.00 – payment by cash or card, with card preferred.
What the flag policy?
Flags are permitted but must not be placed in front of advertising boards.
